  • Lindgren Sewer Solutions focuses specifically on sewer inspections and diagnostics. We provide video documentation and written findings, and we’re committed to honest inspections and unbiased information.

    We’re NASSCO (National Association of Sewer Service Companies) and MPCA (Minnesota Pollution Control Agency) Certified, and because we don’t perform sewer repairs, our focus is on helping you understand what is actually happening inside your sewer line.

  • A sewer camera inspection uses a specialized camera to look inside your home’s sewer line. The camera allows us to visually inspect the accessible portion of the line for issues such as root intrusion, cracks, offsets, grease buildup, blockages, and other signs of deterioration.

  • The time required can vary depending on the property, access point, length and condition of the sewer line, and whether any problems are encountered. We’ll explain the process and findings with you once the inspection is complete.

  • A camera inspection may identify:

    • Root intrusion

    • Cracks and breaks

    • Offset pipe joints

    • Collapsed or damaged pipe

    • Grease or other buildup

    • Blockages

    • Deteriorated pipe

    • Changes in pipe material

    • Other visible structural or flow-related concerns

  • Absolutely! Your inspection documentation can provide useful information when making decisions about a property, discussing findings with your real estate professional, or determining whether additional evaluation or repairs may be appropriate.

  • If you’re being told that your sewer line needs an expensive repair or replacement, an independent inspection can help you better understand the condition of the line before committing to a major expense.

    Lindgren Sewer Solutions does not perform sewer repairs or replacements. Our focus is inspecting and documenting the condition of the sewer line.

    That means we’re not inspecting your sewer with the goal of selling you a repair.
